With over 20 years experience of playing, this man is no stranger to the drum kit! Pete started banging the skins at the young age of 4. After listening to his brother, Ross play for hours on end while he was stuck studying piano, Pete decided he liked the drums better. He first studied with Bob Button (The Sharks) and then Bob Halek (Adrian Cohen Trio). Later, he further mastered his hand speed and technique in The Empire Statesmen Drum and Bugle Corps. His influence comes from the all mighty John Henry Bonham, as well as Jazz great Buddy Rich and rockers such as Kieth Moon and Neil Peart.
Pete has played with many bands with many different styles. From the heaviest metal with Stigmata and Ill Remembered to the swinging styles of Johnny Rabb and Rocky Velvet. From the soulful feel of Blue Hand Luke to the funk of Larry Lewis and Solid Smoke (rip). Pete has the stuff nad know how needed to drive the bus for The Outta' Hand Band!
